Free 30-minute intro call

Tell me where the business still depends on you.

You may know exactly what needs to change. You may only know that too many decisions, exceptions, and recurring problems still find their way back to you. Either is enough.

I’ll ask enough questions to understand the operating problem, tell you whether a Fractional COO engagement makes sense, and explain where I would start.

  • You’ll speak directly with me—not a salesperson.
  • No deck, diagnosis, or polished brief required.
  • We’ll leave with a clear answer about fit and the next move.

“From the first call, I knew Jackson was the most knowledgeable person I had talked to about business automation.”

What happens on the call

A short conversation with a clear decision at the end.

We will not fix the entire operation in 30 minutes. We should get clear on whether I can own the problem and what the first useful move would be.

01

Start with where you feel the drag.

Walk me through the decisions, interruptions, handoffs, or repeated problems consuming too much of your attention.

02

I look for the operating constraint beneath it.

We’ll talk about the team, ownership, information, systems, and what changes when the business grows.

03

We decide whether there is a strong fit.

If I can help, I’ll explain where I would start and what the engagement requires. If I’m not the right person, I’ll tell you.

If there’s a fit

We move from conversation to operating ownership.

We confirm the first priority, define what better looks like, and identify the people, systems, and decisions I need access to.

The goal is a material improvement in the first two weeks—not a strategy document waiting for someone else to implement it.

Before we start

Choose the first constraint.

We agree on the most valuable place to begin and how we will recognize improvement.

Weeks 1–2

Get close to the work and move the first fix.

I learn the operation from the people doing it, establish a baseline, and begin implementing.

From there

Strengthen the operating layer.

We measure the result, establish the right management rhythm, and move to the next priority.

A good use of the call

This is worth booking if…

You can arrive with a symptom, a defined operating problem, or simply the conviction that the current way of running the business cannot be the permanent one.

  • The business has traction, a team, and real complexity. There is enough cross-functional work to benefit from senior operating ownership.
  • You remain the default escalation point.Too many decisions, approvals, and exceptions still require your context.
  • Growth keeps adding coordination.New revenue, people, or services create more work instead of more leverage.
  • The problem crosses people, process, and technology.A narrow specialist would solve only one part of what is slowing the business down.
  • You want an operator who will implement. You need someone accountable for the result—not another report or set of recommendations.
  • The problem justifies an $8k–$12k monthly engagement. You are ready to reserve meaningful senior capacity for the business.

Questions before you book

Straight answers.

Do I need to know what the solution is?

No. You can come with a proposed solution, a recurring problem, or only the feeling that the business still depends too heavily on you.

What happens after the call?

If there is a strong fit, I’ll confirm the first priority, the capacity the work requires, the monthly fee, and when I can start.

What does an engagement cost?

Typical engagements are $8,000–$12,000 per month. The exact fee depends on how much of my weekly capacity your business needs.

Is this coaching or consulting?

It is embedded operating leadership. I work inside the leadership team, own execution, and personally implement the process and technology improvements behind the change.

How quickly should we expect progress?

The first two weeks are designed to produce clarity and a material improvement. Larger changes take longer, but useful work starts early.

How involved will my team need to be?

I need access to the people closest to the work and a leader who can help set priorities. The goal is to learn from your team without creating another project for them to manage.

Start with what you know

Bring the problem, the proposed solution, or both.

Give me the rough version. We’ll decide whether I’m the right person to take it off your shoulders.
